Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Residents are only permitted to move in on or after their official lease start date (either August 13, 14, or 15).

Please arrive at 205 Tiliwa Ct, Central, SC 29360 no earlier than 9:00 AM. When you arrive, please park in the 2×2 parking lot or at your assigned unit.

To help reduce traffic, move-in has been divided into designated time slots based on your building. Please arrive during your assigned time below and follow the signs for Fast Pass, Check-In, and Key Pick-Up. If you are unable to pick up keys during your allotted time, you can pick up any time after August 15 during office hours.

Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

Follow These Map Directions

1: Turn right off of Issaqueena Trail and continue straight to the entrance of The Ridge Clemson.

2: Take the first right and proceed to the Fast Pass station.

3: If your move-in checklist is incomplete, please park in the designated parking lot and visit the Leasing Office to complete any outstanding items before proceeding.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/04/2026. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options:

Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee
Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance at portal.confirminsurance.com.

Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Water and electric utilities are managed on-site by the property and will be billed back to you monthly based on usage, plus a $30 monthly utility management fee. All utility accounts are established and maintained in the property’s name. Your monthly rent includes complimentary high-speed internet.
